Metal Sonic Confirmed As Generations Rival

Metal Sonic has been announced as one of the bosses (or 'rivals') Sonic the Hedgehog will face off against this Autumn in Sonic Generations. SEGA tweeted yesterday: "We're excited to reveal one of the rivals you'll be facing in Sonic Generations- Metal Sonic!" Of course, if you read our previous post on the upcoming platformer, you will have seen that this enemy, along with several others and many stages were leaked, presumably forming  the full game, so this may well come as no surprise- hopefully SEGA have noticed the leak and put some more surprises in for fans to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the franchise with a bang! There's also a collector's edition coming with a Super Sonic costume to play as, a Green Hill Zone dashboard/avatar theme and a downloadable Casino Night stage. Sonic Generations will retail this November.
