First Skyward Sword Reviews Are In

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword hit stores last week, and while I probably won't be able to bring you a review of that just yet (I'm bogged down with Assassin's Creed: Revelations; Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary; Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7 right now, all of which will be rated very soon), I can give you a good look at what the critics are saying about it:
IGN (10/10)- "This is the Wii game we've been waiting for- many wondered if and when Nintendo would ever find a way to delive a deeper experience that still fulfilled on Wii's limitless potential. Skyward Sword makes good on that promise."
JOYSTIQ (90%)- "Somewhere within Skyward Sword slumbers the best Zelda game of all time. It is choked by a dozen hours of needless cruft; but it's there, a masterpiece entombed by a misguided ambition to be the lengthiest game in the franchise's history."
GAME INFORMER (10/10)- "A game everyone should experience, something fun and challenging without feeling frustrating or silly."
GAMESPOT (75%)- "Skyward Sword stays true to the Zelda formula, carrying many of the same strengths and weaknesses that have been present for years."
EDGE (10/10)- "How apt that this ultimate tale of hero-making should see Nintendo's hardware becomes the console it was always meant to be."
OFFICIAL NINTENDO MAGAZINE (98%)- "It's not something we say lightly, but the Zelda series has never been this good."
METACRITIC AVERAGE: 95%
