The franchise that just won't die returns next Spring!Did you think we had seen the last of the Movie parody franchise, with the lack of a new full release of any kind of horror/superhero/Spartan/teen-hearthrob rip-off in cinemas from the Wayan brothers this year? Well, think again: Dimension Pictures have confirmed this week that Scary Movie 5 has just entered into full production. This means that the fifth instalment in the horror parody franchise will commence shooting in the next few weeks, with Charlie Sheen, Lindsay Lohan, Ashley Tisdale and Kevin Hart all currently signed on to pick up fully-fledged roles in the movie. This time around, we'll be getting ploys of the likes of Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes, Black Swan and Paranormal Activity for starters, so don't be surprised to see a whole lot of crazy ballet routines and CCTV scare-sequences thrown in for good measure amongst the woeful jokes and degrading parody moments! It's a series that we all love to hate, but I can guarantee that a good few of us (myself included) will be checking this out just to see how bad things can get this time around. Scary Movie 5 bursts into theatres everywhere on April 19th, 2013.
