Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 Goes To Endor!
Ever wanted to mercilessly slaughter the Ewoks, a race of furry creatures that many though ruined Star Wars: Return of the Jedi? Gamers are about to get their chance this weekend with the first downloadable content pack for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 this weekend. The game, released on October 29th, put you back into the shoes of Starkiller, a character fans thought dead after his battle with Darth Vader at the end of the original Force Unleashed, but apparently survived...or did he? Vader claimed this Jedi was in fact just a clone, and while Starkiller strived to find his true identity in the sequel, there was no true resolution- that will come in the final instalment of the video game trilogy bridging the third and fourth films. If, however, gamers decided not to let the Rebels take Vader into custody with Boba Fett stealthily tailing them into space in a cliff-hanger ending (the ending that developers say will come to fit the series continuity), then they saw "the clone" killed by what Vader called a perfected version of cloning with no remorse or good left in him. The Endor DLC (out December 14th) continues from here, taking players to the events of Episode VI on the forest world of Endor as they must face the Ewoks, Rebels and series icons Han Solo, Princess Leia and Chewbacca in a fight to the death. Expect our review of this huge expansion very soon!
