I was not expecting to say this, but say it I will- Call Of Duty: Black Ops II actually looks and sounds pretty darn impressive. Activision announced the game yesterday and revealed the first trailer for it this morning- in short, we see that the game takes place in the year 2025, features pseudo-futuristic technology and open world vehicle and army battles that look different to pretty much every other COD game we've seen before. On top of that, since it's Treyarch who's bringing back the series, Zombies are making a comeback too, multiplayer is planned to be refined to its absolute maximum and the main campaign will have multiple endings based on the actions you choose to make in the storyline. Wowza- talk about defying expectations! Throw in flashback missions to 1980s Afghanistan featuring Black Ops' protagonist Alex Mason (whose grandson David you play as in modern-day) and Commander Woods and missions set with you riding on horses and we really could be in for something very special this time around. Check out the first trailer below; Call Of Duty: Black Ops II will retail on 360 and PS3 on November 13th.
