Another Autumn release bites the dust...
It seems that if you're a video game that's not Halo 4, Assassin's Creed III, Call Of Duty: Black Ops II or Grand Theft Auto V and you're thinking about releasing in this year's Autumn Of Gaming, the likeliehood of that is gradually becoming slimmer and slimmer. BioShock: Infinite and Tomb Raider had already shifted out of 'harm's way' into next year, and now it's been confirmed that South Park: The Stick Of Truth will do the same. A riotous RPG packed with the same dirty humour as the show and developed by Fallout's Obsidian, The Stick Of Truth is definitely one to watch for fans of the retro turn-based combat system and indeed the popular comedy in general. Its story follows a new child in South Park tutored by the main protagonist in the ways of magic to become the saviour of the town, which is sure to ential some hilarious setpieces along the way. We can now look out for South Park: The Stick Of Truth, then, on PS3 and 360 in Q1 2013.
