Bethesda will release a massively-multiplayer-online-role-playing-game (MMORPG) of their own next year, based around their hit Elder Scrolls fantasy franchise, Game Informer have revealed in their new issue. Dubbed The Elder Scrolls Online, this huge multiplayer incarnation of the hit series of grand adventures will allow players to free roam the whole of Tamriel, including the gameworlds of Oblivion and Skyrim in an effort to conquer the ream one thousand years before the events of the latter game's narrative. We're promised Player Vs. Player battles, epic setpieces and of course a grand scale remniscent of its predecessors and ambition that may even topple The Old Republic from its throne. You can see the announcement trailer below; The Elder Scrolls Online will go live in 2013.
