2010's Best Trailers

Sometimes, it's not what's on the inside of an entertainment release (namely the release itself) but what's on the outside that counts, by which I mean often trailers can be so misleadingly luring that the result can feel overhyped as a result. Here are a few examples of trailers where, regardless of its quality, everyone wanted to see the final product.
5. STAR WARS: THE FORCE UNLEASHED II- In a CG trail shown frequently on TV after the game (8/10) was released, we saw Darth Vader, a seemingly invulnerable monster, thrown through dozens of walls like a ragdoll, then the camera panned to show that not only was it Starkiller who did this, but we got to play as him! Okay, so The Force Unleashed II got repetitive fast and had a weak plot, yet this was quite a selling point.
4. PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: ON STRANGER TIDES- This unpredicted gem made its way to cinemas just as 2010 closed, showing Captain Jack Sparrow jumping across carraiges in Britain, working with Penelope Cruz to find the Fountain of Youth and re-encountering nemesis Barbossa in an action packed 3-D trailer that made the all-too-dark Dead Man's Chest and At World's End seem like distant memories.
3. FABLE III- Another game that didn't reach its full potential but boasted an awesome trail, Fable III (8/10) promoted itself with a CG movie where your hero fought through countless enemies before bringing down a statue of the main villain, standing atop it and raising his sword in victory, all set to the classic tune "Children of the Revolution" by T.Rex- awesome.
2. IRON MAN 2- Same thing as Star Wars and Fable, it wasn't as good as the original but the trailers for IM2 (4/5) showcased the fun, the comedy and the gunfights the metal-clad protagonist is known and loved for. Shame the movie didn't...
1. HARRY POTTER & THE DEATHLY HALLOWS: PART ONE- This marked a thankful difference from the other 4 in that (at least for me) the film itself lived up to the trailer's promise. Showing off that Part 1 had action too, this made seeing the first half seem surprisingly essential even for non-Potter fans!
