Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford, Olivia Wilde, all together in an ace new science-fiction romp set in the Wild West? Sounds good enough for me, but in case you want to know a little bit more, here's the premise: a lone cowboy (Craig) wakes up in 1873 Arizona with no recollection of his past, and shortly after he comes across a seemingly insignificant town where he's captured by Colonel Dolarhyde (Ford). As if things weren't bad enough, Jake Lonergan then discovers he's actually a human/alien hybrid as the latter species elects to invade the Wild West and raise hell- yes, Craig's protagonist is having a bad day. In terms of what we actually know about Cowboys & Aliens...that's about it, but to be frank there could be even less info and we'd still be counting down the months to the July release. Expect an actual trailer very soon but more than that expect a sci-fi full of thrilling twists this Summer!
