Infamous was a great take on the superhero genre in 2009, so no one complained when the PlayStation 3 exclusive was announced to have a sequel, not least with the knowledge that it would receive Move support on release day. Infamous 2 is set to be released this Winter, and will follow protagonist Cole McGrath trying to build up his electrical super powers to fight a near-invulnerable entity called the Beast. If Move gets implemented successfully here, we could see a huge evolution in the superhero video game even before this generation of consoles has ended. Batman: Arkham Asylum has already paved the way forward for quality comic-book titles, but since the Dark Knight hardly has any powers out of the ordinary it's up to developer Sucker Punch Productions to put the OTT power-fest to good use. Watch out for Infamous 2 and its Move compatibility, as they both could really make a positive change for super-heroes in gaming!
