Horrible Histories, Glee And More Renewed

Channels confirm a host of programmes are coming back to our screens!
It's always great to see television distributors renewing some of their famous series for new seasons on the telly, and today has marked a great day for those announcements. Here in Britain, the BBC have confirmed that a new fifth season of Horrible Histories will air on CBBC this Autumn; the show takes a humorous stance on the treacherous events of years gone by with a refreshing roster of songs and setpieces, so it'll be interesting to see which new periods of history it deals with this time around. Meanwhile, over in the States, Fox has confirmed that musical comedy Glee will return for a fourth season, family situation comedy Raising Hope for a third and teen comedy New Girl for its second run later this year too. Therefore, it has been a pretty good day for these renewals, and I wish the best of luck to all of the shows' writers and cast in bringing us new and innovative episodes in the near future!
