Coming Up This Week: 5th-11th March

It's time for perhaps the biggest game of 2012 to hit stores...
Are you ready for the Reapers? Any gamers reading this should be, because in just five days' time, Mass Effect 3 will land in our consoles and bring the epic sci-fi adventure BioWare began back in 2007 to the biggest close possible. But that's not all, oh no, there are plenty more releases to come this week...
AT THE MOVIES- John Carter is by far this week's lone wolf, a classic science-fiction romp brought to the big screen by Disney that promises a great time in a new 3D world for those who choose to see it on Friday! Elsewhere, IGN are hosting screenings of Alien in celebration of their readers voting it the Best Ever Sci-Fi Film and in anticipation of ME3, so keep an eye on their site for details if you're interested.
SWITCH ON THE TELLY- Walden's relationships take an unexpected turn in Two & A Half Men: One False Move, Zimbabwe!, find out more about one of 2011's most inspirational sporting events in David Walliams' Big Swim: A Sports Relief Special, Glee pays tribute to a late legend in Michael and the war nears ever closer as a werewolf turns nasty in Being Human: Puppy Love...
GAME ON- Other than ME3, fans of Capcom and Namco can see their favourite fighting franchises combine in Street Fighter X Tekken, out this Friday!
CRANK UP THE TUNES- Bruce Springsteen makes a big return this week with Wrecking Ball, while the Military Wives bring us another tear-jerking classic with In My Dreams.
MASS EFFECT 3- It seems hard to believe that the time to play this epic RPG shooter has finally come, but when it's here, I'm sure no video gamer will be left disappointed by Mass Effect 3. It's time for this year's line-up of games to kick into sixth gear...
ON THE BLOG- All the coverage of the Microsoft Spring Showcase; the first trailers for Assassin's Creed III and Neighbourhood Watch and an exciting prequel clip to Prometheus released; plus reviews of Syndicate, Iron Man: Extremis and Wanderlust!
