Handheld gamers have to wait a bit longer for 2011's greatest platformer!The Nintendo 3DS version of Rayman Origins has been delayed, developer and publisher Ubisoft has confirmed. The ported game features an animated version of Rayman facing off against retro sprites in beautifully visualised locations, and last year I awarded the game a hefty 9/10 rating for its sumptous graphics and innovative gameplay so fans of the franchise can rest assured that the handheld incarnation of the title will live up to its promise with the extra 3D mechanics and touch-capabilities. Rayman Origins will retail for 3DS this June.
