Arrow Renewed For Second Season

Stephen Amell returns as the Green Arrow for a new season of twenty-two adventures starting this Autumn!
The CW have today announced the production of a second full season of episodes for Arrow starting later this year. This exciting news follows in the wake of the first season's premiere attracting the US channel's best ratings since 2009, and indeed a significant cult following that this hit DC Universe show has amassed both in the States and here on Sky1. As I've said before, it's developing into quite the accomplished Stateside drama, and well worth your time if you've got access to Sky Digital. "We said last year that one of our goals was to establish building blocks to grow on," says CW President Mark Pedowitz, "And with our new hit Arrow we've been able to do just that!" It's a great vote of confidence for the show, and one that should hopefully fuel it to continue to do stunning things come Season Two. Arrow continues on Sky1 next Monday at 8pm, and returns for its second season in Autumn 2013 on Sky1.
