Things go awry on iPhones/iPads/iPod Touches when Homer nearly destroys Springfield...It never ceases to amaze me that The Simpsons television series is still around over two decades after its original broadcast, yet here we are, and out now is a brand new tie-in game for Apple's portable devices. Titled Tapped Out, the new release sees Homer nearly destroy Springfield due to an accidental nuclear meltdown, forcing the player to help rebuild the town, get its economy back up and running and relocating famous characters like Ralph, Comic Book Guy and Apu back to their rightful homes. It's free, so if you've got an iOS device and have ever had an interest in the fledging comedy show, I'd certainly recommend giving it a go right now!
