Warner Bros Reopens Leavesden Studios

A big event for the film industry this week!
Warner Bros have confirmed that their recently purchased Leavesden Studios near London have now been reopened for business and film production nationwide. The studios were already open for the frankly brilliant The Making Of Harry Potter tour located in Stages J and K (See what they did there? Quite possibly the perfect location placement...), but now the film distributors are allowing both their own divisions and their colleagues/competitors to film on the other stages for future British projects. It's an exciting development for the movie industry here in the UK to be sure, and it opens up the doors for further expansions in our own ambition and scale for worldwide film production. In terms of your own possible association with the studios, there'll probably be little you can see over at Leavesden beyond The Making Of Harry Potter, but that's a great start anyway, and on a wider scale for the British film industry it's a huge step forward. Congrats to Warner Bros!
