That range of verdicts on the unofficial Doctor Who News Page begins this week with Hunters Of Earth, a tale set before the very first adventure of William Hartnell's First Doctor and starring Carole Ann Ford as both the narrator and the Doctor's granddaughter Susan. For fans, in terms of nostalgia and content this year, it's already starting to look as if you can't go much better than this (beyond the TV show)!
