Every month, I'll be providing reviews of the eleven monthly instalments of the Doctor Who: Destiny Of The Doctor audio range at the Doctor Who News Page. That series of reviews continues with Shadow Of Death, a story read by Frazer Hines (Jamie McCrimmon) based around the Second Doctor 1966-1969 era of the show. Shadow focuses on a base-under-siege premise where the Doctor, Jamie and Zoe must outwit a shadowy alien menace in the midst of research on a mysterious lost colony. Again, it's a great romp for fans of the classic era of the show, and it'll be intriguing to see where the story arc of the franchise develops in the months ahead.
