Rebellion confirm more sniping action is in the works...Perhaps to combat the release of new shooter Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 tomorrow, Rebellion Studios have today announced the development of shooter-sniper sequel Sniper Elite 3 for release in the future. Set after the events of 2012's Sniper Elite V2, this new instalment comes off the back of "over 1.1 million copies" of its predecessor being sold between its April launch and last December. We don't have many concrete details on the narrative or gameplay just yet, but series fans should at least be keen to see another entry on its way. Sniper Elite 3 lands on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and next-generation consoles in 2014.
