The Muppets 2 Confirmed

There is going to be a sequel to February's hit comedy, Vulture reports.
You may have read a fair few times on this blog that you NEED to go and see The Muppets before it departs cinemas soon- that still stands, and if you have seen what I named February's Best Release, you'll be just as happy as me to hear that a sequel to the movie has apparently been confirmed to start writing right now. Rumour has it that Jason Segel won't have time to help pen the script this time around due to How I Met Your Mother commitments as well as other projects (so says Vulture), but that doesn't mean there isn't necessarily a way for him to return in some form it what should hopefully be another spirited homage to a classic show. The first film is certainly going strong here in the UK and what with all the fuss, you'd like to think its sequel will do even better! Expect The Muppets 2 in 2014 if pre-production commences before this year's over.
