Is it finally time for a new Half-Life game?If you haven't heard, fans of developer Valve's work have been protesting for news on the next game in its award-winning Half-Life franchise for a good while now. It seems that the begging might finally come to some fruition this Summer- Valve have confirmed that they will be one of the exhibitiors at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). The event is perhaps the biggest of the year for the games industry, featuring huge showcases from Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony that this year are expected to include next-generation hardware, so don't be surprised to see Valve go all out on revelations considering they missed last year's expo. On the other hand, considering the brilliant success of Portal 2, don't be too surprised if we're confirmed to see more of that franchise too...E3 2012 commences on June 5th.
