The BBC have this week released a second clip from the Doctor Who 50th Anniversary Special. Titled The Day of the Doctor, this feature-length blockbuster episode takes place months after the events of The Name of the Doctor, as Clara reunites with the Doctor to embark on the ultimate intergalactic and interdimensional adventure, the day that will change her valiant Time Lord's life forever.
This second footage preview (below) is taken from the BBC's Children In Need telethon on Friday. What with the mainstream nature of the audience, most of what's offered up will be self-explanatory and unrevelatory to the majority of fans. All the same, with the wait until the episode's worldwide and cinema broadcast on Saturday growing ever more unbearable, any new footage is welcome, and there'll be a few more mini-clips to look forward to as the week progresses via the #SaveTheDay website.
Doctor Who: The Day of the Doctor airs on BBC One, on international networks and in cinemas worldwide this Saturday November 23rd at 7.50pm.
