12 Years A Slave, Gravity and Frozen reign victorious at the US awards ceremony!
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences have this week announced the winners of their annual film awards. All in all, the awards ceremony itself was relatively predictable, with no major surprises or controversial defeats to speak of (although condolences must go to Leo DiCaprio on his failed Best Actor acquisition for what seems like the 86th time), but a round-up from us is necessitated nonetheless.
