And no, thankfully it's not just getting Taken again...Although Liam Neeson recently implied that Taken 2 would be the end for his action-thriller franchise of gratuitious kidnappings and rescues, it seems that's not really the case. Sequel writer Mark Kamen has been speaking on the matter today: "We didn't start talking about Taken 3 until we saw the numbers. But then we said, 'Oh. Ok. I think we should do a third one." Now, as obvious and cash-grabbing as this may seem, Taken 2 has undoubtedly been performing well in its 12A slot worldwide, and you can't deny the logic of filmmakers wanting to please their fans and reap the rewards once again. If Taken 3 does indeed come to pass, then expect it to hit cinemas by Summer 2014.
