In the final of our five E3 2013 showcase round-ups, we're taking a look at what Ubisoft revealed in their conference. To be frank, this wasn't quite the groundbreaking showcase we got in 2012, but all the same what was announced was still satisfying enough for fans of the publisher in its entirety.
Here's our round-up of everything that Ubisoft announced to the world at their E3 conference, with gameplay videos following beneath the list:
- ROCKSMITH 2014 EDITION ANNOUNCED- The first announcement of the evening came as little shock- the Rocksmith franchise will return for a second instalment. You can once again pick up a guitar peripheral in a similar manner to Guitar Hero for great music gameplay, as Rocksmith 2014 Edition comes to both next-generation and current generation consoles this October.
- NEW SPLINTER CELL: BLACKLIST GAMEPLAY VIDEO DEBUTS- In one of a host of gameplay demos, Ubisoft re-debuted Splinter Cell: Blacklist to the world ahead of its release in two months' time. Blacklist features Sam Fisher in warzone territory on his most dangerous mission yet, and this epic demo only serves to reinforce this sense of danger. Splinter Cell: Blacklist retails on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on August 23rd.
- NEW RAYMAN LEGENDS, ASSASSIN'S CREED & SOUTH PARK GAMEPLAY VIDEOS DEBUT- Continuing this trend of new gameplay demo reveals, Ubisoft then went on to showcase both their upcoming franchise instalments Rayman Legends, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and South Park: The Stick of Truth at their conference. Again, you can see these videos below. Rayman Legends ships this September, Black Flag on October 25th and South Park this Winter.
- THE CREW & THE DIVISION ANNOUNCED- The final two announcements of the evening were of a new online shooter, The Division, and a brand new racing epic, The Crew, that will be available on next-generation consoles. Both of these new genre titles will ship in 2014.
