Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Has New Features

As if it weren't exciting enough that we're getting a remastered version of Halo: Combat Evolved this November, developer 343 Industries have revealed that we will get some bonus features in the anniversary edition too. Players will be able to switch between the original visual and gameplay engine and the modern remastered version at will by pressing the back button, allowing them to compare just how far the graphics and mechanics of Halo have come in the last decade. Better still, there are going to be new terminals to find and access which give hints at the overall plot of Halo 4 through Guilty Spark's video analysis of the events of the original trilogy, so those looking for replay value beyond the ever-brilliant online mode will find it and be able to piece together what we might expect in the anticipated 2012 sequel when it releases next Winter! Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary will release on November 15th exclusively for the Xbox 360.
