Bungie unveil further footage for one of 2014's biggest video game titles yet!Bungie Studios have today released a new gameplay trailer (below) for their upcoming science-fiction RPG title Destiny. Set to launch on two generations of consoles, the team's latest project is a fully online experience which spans entire planets and features a futuristic narrative in which warring races battle for supremacy across the galaxy.
2014's video game roster is rather slim at the present moment, which only serves to heighten our excitement for Bungie's latest effort. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Halo 5, Titanfall, Assassin's Creed V and LEGO: The Movie Game are all vying for their attention, yet Destiny could be the predominant entry of open-world play next year that may very well redefine the MMORPG genre. With any luck, despite a new Halo title hitting stores next week, the franchise's ex-developer should be capable of having us forget they ever left...
Destiny will retail on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC in Summer 2014, with a multiplayer beta set to be uploaded onto Xbox Live and PSN in the Spring.
