2011 Move Games To Watch #5: LittleBigPlanet 2
LittleBigPlanet was a major hit for the PlayStation 3 was first released in 2007, making big waves in the platformer genre and for the console as a whole. Many asked what developer Media Molecule could possibly do to top their critically acclaimed première on the gaming scene, and in reply they've given us the sequel to the aforementioned game. More than that, though, it's got Move support. For reasons unknown, most of the motion content has been held back to be released later as free downloadable stuff, however that doesn't mean that we're any less excited! Now, players can build levels from any genre (FPS, racing, you name it, it's possible) with the use of their PS wands without any lag, a strange but no doubt entertaining new mode for the series. It won't exactly revolutionise the world of gaming, but when LittleBigPlanet 2 gets the long await Move support it deserves, all eyes will be on the platformer to see if, as it has done in many ways before, it can pull it off!
