Oscar Opinions: Best Picture (Part 1)

The Oscars are coming up this Sunday, so over the next few days I'll be taking a look at the nominees in each category and revealing who I think should get the Academy Awards. Let's start by comparing the nominations for Best Picture of 2010/early 2011:
127 HOURS- Brilliant stuff, James Franco does wonders in the lead role, 127 Hours may not hold up second time round but was great.
BLACK SWAN- I haven't seen this one, but the impressions from other viewers are positive, and the trailer made it look like a brave departure from the rest of the pack.
THE FIGHTER- Another movie I have yet to see, this takes Mark Wahlberg to new territory as he portrays a boxer in the 1990s.
INCEPTION- Compelling, complex stuff that was considered a Marmite film of 2010, but was one of my personal favourites.
THE KIDS ARE ALL RIGHT- A comedy starring Alice in Wonderland's Mia Wasi-something, this went down a hit in America!
