First Captain America: Super Soldier Screenshots

Captain America: The First Avenger is set to hit cinemas this July, and with another superhero film comes another probably rubbish video game tie-in, here in the form of Captain America: Super Soldier, the first screenshots of which can be seen to the left and here http://ps3media.ign.com/ps3/image/article/114/1149737/captain-america-super-soldier-20110214052602643-000.jpg. Admittedly the graphics are looking pretty in their high-definition format, which is more than could be said of last year's Iron Man 2: The Video Game, developed by the same team making this, but it's really what is on the inside that counts, so we'll need to test out Super Soldier before getting anywhere near excited about it. The tie-in bridges the gap found in the movie between Steve Rogers becoming the shielded hero and becoming a famous icon that the world knows and loves, focusing on his rise to fame through his battles with the evil Hydra organisation. Sounds like gripping stuff, clearly, yet sarcasm aside the original trailer for Super Soldier did show some potential, so if SEGA can stop revelling in the game's promise and actually execute it successfully (don't hold out too much hope, fans) then we might be in for a real treat come its release.
