DC Studios are getting increasingly more talkative on the future of their various film franchises, a trend which has continued on great form this week. These past few days, we've had big news reveals on both the Justice League movie and indeed the next Batman instalment. Read on below for all of our news updates from DC...
- NO BLAKE FOR JUSTICE LEAGUE?- Joseph Gordon-Levitt has firstly started to bat away (pun fully intended) some of the rumours surrounding his future as John Blake, the new Batman, after The Dark Knight Rises. "I don't think you should believe in any of them," he's said, "If there's something I'm going to be in, I'm going to tell you about it." Gordon-Levitt could be lying, but if he's not, then it'll be exciting to see who'll play the next incarnation of the Dark Knight in Justice League and beyond...The Batman reboot is currently set for release in 2017, according to strong reports.
- JUSTICE LEAGUE REVEALED- Rumour has it we may just now know the superheroes who'll make the team line-up of the much anticipated Justice League movies. According to reports on strong evidence, the five team members will be Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and the Flash. No doubt this'll appease the big JLA DC fans, as it'll mean a personal battle for the Earth against Darkseid, yet the intriguing question is this- will Henry Cavill and Ryan Renyolds reprise their roles as the Man Of Steel and Green Lantern respectively? We should hopefully get the first hints in the former movie this Summer...
Man Of Steel is set for release on June 14th, while Justice League will release in cinemas in Summer 2015.
