Capcom have this week announced a high-definition port of their popular shooter spin-off handheld title Resident Evil: Revelations. Originally released for the Nintendo 3DS in Spring 2012, the game's narrative bridged the gap between the fourth and fifth main Resident Evil instalments, placing a focus on new protagonists who went out in search of series staplemate Chris Redfield. Overall, Revelations ranked well with critics, earning a high 82% score on Metacritic, so fans of the saga will no doubt be excited to see a high-resolution version arrive on home consoles this Summer. Resident Evil: Revelations launches on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo WiiU and Microsoft Windows on May 24th, and is available now for Nintendo 3DS.
