The BBC are back for more festive adventures in 2014!
BBC Films have this week
announced that a third film in the hit festive Nativity franchise will enter production later this year. Taking
place after the events of the 2012 UK box office success sequel Nativity 2: Danger In The Manger!, plot
details on this new instalment are light right now. All the same, its director
Debbie Isitt will be keen to get going on filming the improvisation-heavy
production in the late months of 2013.
“I don’t what the story
will be or who will be in it yet,” she said, “But I would hope we get Mr
Maddens back to meet Mr Peterson”. Fans of this festive series of movies will
know that these two protagonists were played by Martin Freeman and David
Tennant respectively in the two separate first films, so a team-up between the
two main characters next year will most definitely be welcome!
Nativity 3 will hit British cinemas everywhere in Christmas 2014.
