Cooking Mama Confirmed For 3DS

Don't be afraid of the picture, it's just Cooking Mama, a much loved franchise that has spanned countless games on the Nintendo DS and Wii, and is now set to return later this year on the new 3DS console. Tentatively titled Cooking Mama 4, the latest instalment will combine the superb 3-D technology on the ace handheld with brand new, more challenging recipes that will require unique touch screen commands from players and provide time consumption on a big scale for even the most hardened of series veterans. Originally, the title appeared on a listing for Autumn releases on the website of US retailer GameStop, but later publisher Majesco Entertainment revealed the title and release window of Fall 2011 for the game. This will be by no means their only published release this year, with The Hidden, Face Kart: Photo Finish and Pet Zombies (the latter two perhaps the strangest game titles ever!) all set for release on the 3DS too very soon.
