DWM Issue 433 Cover Revealed

Fans are in for a big treat this week when the latest issue of the Doctor Who magazine, number 433 no less, hits stores. With just nineteen days to go before the premiere of the first episode of the new season, The Impossible Astronaut, the publication has revealed that a full preview of the two-part opener will feature in the new edition, along with the promise that one of the characters found on the four front covers available to collect- Amy, the Doctor, River and Rory- will not survive the full story. Since nowhere else has promoted the new episodes with this fact, it's exciting to start debating just who will bite the dust and whether it will be permenant. Given Rory's on/off status last series, it seems very unlikely he'll be the unlucky chosen one, yet Amy has always been the primary companion so what are the odds of her death either? The Doctor and River are the last ones standing, then, but don't they have a future together, spanning the end of the universe and the Library itself...? Intriguing to be sure, and while I am switching off my Who radar now so as to keep any secrets unlocked at tonight's press screening hidden from myself and you lot to provide the best viewing experience on Saturday the 23rd of April, you can be sure that Steven Moffat has got one hell of a cliffhanger in store for the end of Episode One (let's be honest, if someone's going to 'die' then be revived the cliffhanger is the best place to do it)!
