Smallville Final Episode Details Revealed

The clock is ticking for Smallville: the tenth season returns to US television screens after a break on April 15th, and will run weekly for five more episodes until the show's finale airs on May 15th. Now, with just a fortnight left until the aforementioned return, executive producer Brian Peterson has revealed some details of what is left for Tom Welling's Clark Kent to Entertainment Weekly...
EW: Very importantly, what role will Michael Rosenbaum play in the finale?
BP: What I can say is, everybody that is in the finale plays a supporting role in Clark gettnig towards his ultimate moment. And Michael [Lex Luthor] is no different from the other characters, he's very important.
EW: What can you say about the next few episodes?
BP: Every one of the last five episodes has its own place. Kent is a thriller that is really heartwarming, Booster is this really fun, glossy wrench thrown in Clark's plans, then we have a really cool, Clark all-over quest in Dominion (that's the return of Zod...hopefully fans will recognise the final image of him very clearly), and then we come to Prophecy, which pushes us off in a really big, emotional way with a surprise toward the finale. It really revs up the mythology thread we've woven through the season, so we get to see our big baddie coming.
