- Star Wars: The Clone Wars will return for a fifth series later this year. The 3D animation will explore the darker, saga-bending storylines that have made its third and fourth seasons such hits in the States recently, while placing more of a focus on the eventual fate of Ahsoka Tano, who for reasons undisclosed did not feature in the later films. Sky Movies Premiere have dropped the rights to the show here in the UK, so right now we're still waiting for Clone Wars to resume broadcast for Series Four- stay tuned for updates...
- The Glee Project will also be back, for a second season. Once again, the makers of the hit US comedy/drama/musical programme will be on the hunt for new stars to make cameos and fully-fledged appearances in the show's fourth season, which will commence broadcast this Autumn. Expect Project to return to Sky1 shortly after its US debut.
- Sadly, Mongrels, the recent BBC3 comedy drama, will not be renewed for a second series. Time for Doctor Who Confidential to return, now that some of the new shows on offer which the channel were hoping would replace it have failed to make a substantial impact?...
