Iron Man 3 Details Revealed

Shane Black was recently confirmed as the writer of superhero sequel Iron Man 3, and now we have the first details as to what the next entry in the saga of the metallic hero might encompass. At the Omaha Film Festival, Black said that the instalment "will not be another 'two men in suits fighting each other' film", instead proving more of a "Tom Clancy thriller where Iron Man fights real-world villains". Sounds good to me, since the second flick went so off the rails trying to mix constant Avengers references with a plot laden with one-dimensional enemies. The writer wouldn't be drawn on any further details regarding Iron Man 3, but two years before its release (it's set for Summer 2013) that's more than enough information to keep us guessing. Expect more definitive plot details once The Avengers has premièred next year!
