Jim Henson's iconic puppets scour the Twitterverse in search of hilarious comments...Walt Disney Pictures have today released a new television trailer (below) for their upcoming comedy film Muppets Most Wanted. Taking place after the events of 2012's The Muppets, the sequel's storyline follows Jim Henson's band of charming puppets as they commence a World Tour, only to come face-to-face with a master criminal who bears an uncanny resemblance to Kermit the Frog.
Most of the footage on display in the video has cropped up in one place or another within the film's marketing campaign, but as ever, the production team have put a comedic spin on the various tweets surrounding their latest project. From @MustLoveCats11 to @KevKoast315, the range of social bloggers' comments which have been incorporated here is absolutely stupendous. If nothing else, fans will want to keep their eyes open for an especially welcome confirmed cameo from Avengers Assemble and Thor: The Dark World's most acclaimed star!
