There are oh so many movies out this year, so not all of them made my Top 10 most anticipated list. Here are a few upcoming flicks that might just make an impact very soon:
PAUL (March)- Any film starring Simon Pegg and Nick Frost is something to get excited about, but add Seth Rogen into the mix and we're in for a serious winner, especially when Jason Bateman and Sigourney Weaver tag along for the ride in an ace sci-fi!
THOR (May)- Captain America may be on its way just two months after this- that doesn't stop the prospect of a Norse warrior defending the Earth from his race while tying the Avengers plot strands even further sounding anymore thrilling for a Marvel adaptation.
KUNG FU PANDA 2 (May)- Jack Black's innovative animated hit gets the first sequel probably of many, focusing on the titular zoo animal's challenges of being the Dragon Warrior and taking on a creature powerful enough to dismantle kung-fu!
GREEN LANTERN (June)- Yeah we know, another superhero movie in a year jam-paced with the genre. Despite your obvious scepticism (or ours?), it'd be wrong to overlook a flick simply for its type and a return from Ryan Reynolds (aka Deadpool) could make this DC entry a unique and thrilling one
CARS 2 (July)- More animated fun, this time from Disney, and fresh off Toy Story 3 (5/5) it would be a warm thought to believe that the producer won't get cocky, however with Owen Wilson and Michael Caine aboard for the sequel maybe there's hope that all might not be lost for the summer's sure-to-sell comedy.
