Scarecrow & The Army Of Thieves Revealed
It's been not one, not two, but seven years since Matthew Reilly gave us his last full novel featuring Shane Schofield, and now it's time for 'Scarecrow' to return. Sure, we had a Quick Read, Hell Island, released in 2005, but that hardly resolved matters as to where the book franchise would head now that Schofield was left with his girlfriend dead and a reformed commitment to the US Armed Forces, so the announcement that Scarecrow and the Army of Thieves will hit book retailers this Autumn. Author Reilly made the reveal on his blog in December, and we now know that "death at the hands of the Army of Thieves will be very nasty indeed...", indicating that the trademark grisly violence the series of thrillers has been known for will remain this time around. Nothing more has been said of the sequel yet, however more updates are sure to hit as the year goes on, and you'll find all of them (as well as the full reviews of Scarecrow, Hell Island and Army Of Thieves) right here.
