Beenox Takes Over Spider-Man Games
Good news for Spidey fans everywhere: Beenox Studios are set to take over the production of brand new video games based around everyone's favourite webbed wonder starting this year. The developer created last year's Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, a brilliant return to form for the Marvel character's gaming instalments that merged together four incarnations from the comic-book's past and proved so impressive that it got an 8/10 right here. Add to that Activision revealed last December that another Spidey game was on its way this year, and we've got good reason to believe Beenox might craft another one-off title before the tie-in to next year's film reboot, possibly even a sequel to Shattered Dimensions! If that's the case, then if the studio can fix the repetition in the Noir and 2099 sections (or perhaps choose two wildly different Spider-Men) we might just have another a superhero wonder to behold alongside X-Men: Destiny and Batman: Arkham City this Autumn.
