This British sensation will take the big screen by storm...
Seemingly out of nowhere, Twilight-inspired novel Fifty Shades Of Grey has emerged into stores and has become something of a cult phenomenon in the past few months. Unsurprisingly, Universal Pictures have picked up on this success and set the wheels in motion for E.L. James' book to become a fully-fledged motion picture. Today, the film distributors have confirmed just who will actually produce the new flick- the project is being handed to Michael De Luca and Dana Brunetti. These talented filmmakers have worked on brilliant projects like The Social Network and Moneyball in recent times, so there's a good chance that if these guys handle their latest adaptation assignment well, it could help build the foundations for a strong film franchise. Fifty Shades Of Grey will likely see its worldwide release occur in 2014.
