New Doctor Who & Merlin Trailers Announced

The Die Is Cast And The Final Days Of The Ponds Are Here!
While promoting their extensive coverage of the simply fantastic Olympics Opening Ceremony and of course the London 2012 Games, the BBC have confirmed that they will be running a 'season' of feature-length trailers for upcoming new and returning shows. For those of you readers interested, these will include Hunted, Accused and Good Cop amongst other new/standalone series. What may well prove of more interest to you, though, is that amongst these will be brand new feature-length trails for both Doctor Who Series Seven and Merlin Series Five! Here's when and where you can find the new previews...

• DOCTOR WHO: THURSDAY 2ND AUGUST, 8PM ON BBC1
• MERLIN: FRIDAY 3RD AUGUST, 8PM ON BBC1

The trailers will run in the middle of 7pm-10pm Olympics coverage so don't be surprised if they don't appear immediatedly at 8. Nevertheless, it will be great to learn more about the new seasons of these brilliant dramas, especially while experiencing the exciting Games themselves! Doctor Who lands on BBC1 on August 25th, while Merlin returns on September 29th.
