Phillip Seymour Hoffman will take on the role of this head gamesman for the dangerous competition in the sequel to this year's hit book-to-film adaptation The Hunger Games (4.5/5). Hoffman's most famous roles in the past have included turns in flicks like Moneyball, The Ides Of March and Mission Impossible III, so it's clear he's got acting experience from a wide variety of film genres in preparation for this new portrayal. Fans will no doubt be thrilled to hear more on the upcoming project, and they can likely expect more announcements in the next few months towards the end of the year. The Hunger Games: Catching Fire blasts into cinemas and starts the resistance on November 22nd, 2013.
