Get your first look at what the special edition will entail!
Fans of the Forza franchise probably didn't need any more reveals on the new spin-off Horizon to have their excitement at its height, yet Playground Games have today ramped up their promotional campaign again by revealing the Limited Collector's Edition version of the game. As shown in this article's image, the new edition will come packaged in a steelbook box to show off to those of us who just get the normal retail box. In terms of actual internal content, the Collector's version will come with a Horizon Festival VIP pass that will allow owners early and cheaper access to upcoming DLC packs. There will also be a random code to unlock either the 2012 Aston Martin Virage, 2011 Mercedes Benx SLS AMG 2010, Ferrari 458 Italia 2010 or Nissan 370Z in-game, as well as one code to access the new and exclusive Dodge Challenger STR8 392 in last year's hit racer Forza Motorsport 4 (9.5/10). While this hardly represents the peak of content for a Collector's Edition, at least at just a tenner more than the original's retail RRP (so this will go for around £50) we're not exactly being hugely robbed of our cash. Forza Horizon ships on October 26th exclusively for Xbox 360.
