See how fast you can guess which Britain's Got Talent sensation this movie is based on...The Weinstein Company have today released the first theatrical trailer for their upcoming drama film One Chance. Starring James Corden, Julie Walters and Mackenzie Crook, this biopic adaptation takes the inspiring story of Britain's Got Talent victor and operatic singer Paul Potts onto the big screen.
As first glimpses go, the teaser (below) shows off some very promising evidence of a high quality production awaiting us here. Corden surprisingly seems born for the role, even if this will be a somewhat over-dramatized portrayal of Potts' life and experiences up until his BGT audition. Of course, for fans of the talent show in question, cameos confirmed from Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden should only serve to sweeten the deal!
One Chance crescendos into cinemas worldwide on October 25th.
