New Two & A Half Men Lead Star Announced

A former member of Gregory House's medical team joins the fledging CBS comedy in its eleventh season...
CBS Studios have today announced a new lead star to debut in the eleventh season of their hit comedy show Two And A Half Men. This now-rather mediocre series stars Ashton Kutcher and Jon Cryer as Walden Schmidt and Alan Harper respectively, but following a recent Charlie Sheen-esque outburst of disloyalty from former lead star Angus T. Jones, the series' creators have settled on a new lead 'teen' character to join the cast during the next run.

The character in question? A long-lost daughter of Charlie Sheen's deceased character, who turns out to be a proud lesbian when she reveals herself on Walden and Alan's doorstep. Just in case all of that sounded rather overexaggerated for a series which once simply focused on the tested friendship of two brothers living under the same roof, believe this writer when I say that it's all happening, and in doing so will likely showcase the growing desperation of the screenplay team. Amber Tamlyn, former regular star of medical drama House, will join the cast as Jenny Harper in Season Eleven, replacing Angus T. Jones as a regular attendee in each episode.

Two And A Half Men returns to CBS this October, with a Comedy Central UK airdate yet to be confrmed.
