Sherlock Series Three Finale Title Quiz Announced

The Great Detective has a few more tricks up his sleeve, as fans attempt to guess the title of the new run's finale in BBC One repeats of Series Two!
The BBC have today announced a challenge for fans of Sherlock involving its upcoming run of Series Two repeats. The show will return later this year for its third season, but starting tonight, Series Two will get a second broadcast on BBC One, commencing with A Scandal in Belgravia at 8.30pm.

That's not all, though: hidden within Scandal will be one of three words that form the title of the final episode of Series Three. We already know that Episode One is called The Empty Hearse (written by Mark Gatiss) and Episode Two is called The Sign of Three (penned by Stephen Thompson), yet until now the full title of Steven Moffat's season finale has eluded us. The BBC have teased the fans should look for the fact that 'the title's in the titles', though whether this means that one of the words will flash up in the show's iconic title sequence or that a book or other titled product in the episode will house the word has yet to be seen.

Sherlock: A Scandal in Belgravia broadcasts tonight on BBC One at 8.30pm. Sherlock returns for its third season later this year on BBC One.
