As you'll see during the coming days, ComicCon has brought with it a grand host of exciting news reveals and trailer unveilings, with the final theatrical trailer for the upcoming Universal Pictures superhero film Kick-Ass 2 (below) one such example. Typically enough, it's laden with the trademark violence which made 2010's stunning Kick-Ass (5/5) such a landmark hit, boding strongly for the sequel's prospects come its impending release.
To update those of you interested, Kick-Ass 2 takes place months after the events of its predecessor, with Kick-Ass and Hit-Girl attempting to integrate themselves into society during the daylight hours and fighting crime at night. Sure enough, though, with a growing army of super heroes comes a growing evil in America, as newfound super villains rise up to prove themselves in the big bad world of 2013. Fans should prepare themselves for a battle like no other, as two mighty battalions wage war and the cops of the States attempt to follow in their wake with a license to kill...
